This isn’t just about team development. It’s about equipping you to lead from a grounded, wise place.
Once-Monthly Consultation (12 total months)
Format: 90-minute practical, open-format, collaborative sessions.
Josh will work with leadership to identify high-priority topics, resources, and needs, but will also leave room for Q&A and practical problem-solving with the team in each session.
Email Consulting Availability (Josh “on-call”)
Between monthly consultation sessions, leadership may email questions or requests to Josh related to areas of consultation.
Four (4) Topical Professional Development Trainings (once per quarter)
One 90-minute PD training session available per quarter/every 3 months
